What is the difference between On-Demand and On-Premise plan?
On-Demand is cloud based and operates like a software as a service. It’s charged based on the number of user seats per month with yearly and volume discounts available.
On-Premise is hosted on your internal infrastructure (can be cloud based) and is charged by CPUs (up to 4 cores). This allows you to scale it’s use across your organization whilst keeping your cost of ownership low.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and bank transfers.
Can I upgrade my existing plan? How does migration work?
Absolutely! You can switch between On-Demand and On-Premise (or vice-versa) at any point. Either way we will help you export your data and import it into your new environment.
Can I handle multiple gamification strategies with one account?
Yes you can! One Mambo account or installation can be used for multiple different strategies. For example, you can create an employee facing and a customer facing strategy, or create strategies in order to motivate sales teams and contact centre staff all from the same account.
